Fat Mamma's Pizza is our Fab Woodfired Pizza shop and is "the Foothill's Best Kept Secret".
Fat Mamma's started out as some of you already know in South Guildford in 2006 and we are now in High Wycombe with even more on the menu.
As Owner and Pizza Cook the passion for making my fabulous pizza and woodfired cuisine comes from a history of working in the hospitality industry in some of Perths top Cafes, including 44 King Street and Coco's.
After helping Embers (Gooseberry Hill) win an award (WA's Catering Industry Award) for best Pizza Restaurant, the decision was made to open our own place and create a family business with my wife.
We continue to strive to bring you a better take away food, that is produced with only the freshest quality ingredients with an extra special handmade touch.
We spend a lot of time on our ingredients, making our own sauces, roasting all our beef and free range chicken, woodfiring our own meatballs and handmaking fettucini. We even bake our own buns.
Our dough is a labour intensive product that is hand made fresh each day and carefully proofed to ensure a perfect crust.
You'll notice you feel good after one of our pizzas and thats because what we put in it is good. We serve you with an ethical concern using free range chicken and eggs and select only quality ingredients, as we eat ourselves.
This is something you can only get at Fat Mamma's Pizza.
We ask you to take another look at what you get when you buy takeaway food for your family and yourself, and how it makes you feel after you have eaten it. It isn't always good!
